03 / Architecture & Approach
Unprecedented Google Workspace access.
We completely bypassed traditional web applications by designing a complex integration directly using Google Apps Script and the Workspace API. The frontend relies heavily on Material Design Components injected directly into the Gmail DOM as an Add-on.
In the background, secure Python endpoints leverage the Google Cloud NLP API and OpenAI GPT-4 to parse thousands of daily emails. The extracted data is then instantly synced back to a highly-available Firestore database, creating a lightning-fast, bi-directional sync loop between the inbox and the CRM.
